Nick Browning, LCSW
Nick has a passion for assisting youth with services that are trauma-informed and evidence based. Over the last 12 years Nick has worked professionally with youth who struggle with Mental Disabilities and Illness in many settings of care. Specializing in the treatment of complex trauma and comorbid mental health disorders is an important area of focus for Nick. Nick has seen the effects of individualizing care and attending to family systems in the healing process. Nick firmly believes in treating youth in the least restrictive environment that matches an individual and families needs. His passion for being outdoors as a sportsman, Ironman Triathlete, and love of nature translates directly into the holistic and experiential treatment Elevated Youth Services provides.

Dawn Cave
Dawn has extensive professional experience of over 8 years in supporting adolescent females with intensive mental health needs, as well as working with moderate to high-risk males and females. She is a Master of Social Work (MSW) student intern at Walden University. Her ultimate goal is to acquire her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) qualification and persist in providing therapeutic services to children and families. Dawn loves knowing that her role involves guiding children toward reaching their maximum abilities and facilitating their overall well-being fills me with immense joy.

Stefanie Rosenthal
Stefanie is an experienced provider with a master’s in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Stefanie has 11 years experience providing analysis and behavior modification to children in various settings. Stefanie utilizes Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy in her sessions and focuses on decreasing negative patterns of thinking and behavior. Her passion revolves around residential counseling utilizing empathy and compassion to help individuals explore feelings, learn healthy coping skills, discover meaning in their life, and move forward in their “new normal.”
Stefanie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and gardening.

Princess Flores
Princess is a registered clinical intern with a master's of social work from the University of South Florida. She has experience working with 11-17 year olds in mental health residential care. Her focus is cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, substance abuse, and emotionally focused therapy. Her desire to help troubled youth change paths regardless of their past is what has brought her to this line of work. As an army veteran, Princess made changes to her own life after difficulties in childhood. In her free time, Princess enjoys watching movies and reading novels.

Dominique Wilkes
Dominique is a passionate and dedicated social work professional committed to uplifting and empowering at-risk youth. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University and her Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. Currently, Dominique is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, focusing on helping children, adolescents, and families navigate the lasting effects of abuse, neglect, and systemic challenges. In her clinical work, she utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to foster trust, resilience, and emotional healing. Her therapeutic style is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that every individual has the ability to grow through adversity with the right support. In her free time, Dominique enjoys reading, relaxing, and practicing self-care.
